Carbon fiber pultruded square tubes are composite structures manufactured using a pultrusion process, which is a continuous method of producing fiber-reinforced polymer composites. Pultrusion involves pulling carbon fiber strands through a resin bath and then passing them through a heated die to shape and cure the composite material into a solid structure. The resulting carbon fiber tubes have a square cross-sectional profile, offering excellent structural integrity.
